    Dr. Carle is a clinical psychologist licensed in both Kansas and Missouri who has more than 17 years of experience. She joined Responsive Centers in 2010. Her passion is working with children and adolescents. Her primary interests include individual and family therapy with children and adolescents, play therapy with younger children, depression and anxiety, adjustment issues, and women’s issues.

    Dr. Carle graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology. She completed her residency in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Previously Dr. Carle has provided outpatient therapy and psychological assessments at Western Missouri Mental Health Center, Crittenton Center, Midwest Christian Counseling Center, and KVC Behavioral HealthCare.

    Dr. Carle is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Greater Kansas City Psychological Association, and the Association for Play Therapy.
