Although our professionals are participants of many insurance networks,
payment for services is ultimately your responsibility. We will do
everything we can to assist you in verifying your insurance benefits. All
co-payments are due at the time of your visit. If you are a private-pay
patient, the full fee is due at the time of services. For fees or other
information, please contact Helen Landau, our office manager, at extension
100.
Please understand that your appointment time has been reserved for you. We
understand that occasionally it is impossible to attend that appointment. If
you need to cancel or change an appointment, please provide us with 24-hours
notice to allow your clinician the opportunity to schedule someone else in
that time slot. If you do not keep your appointment and do not provide 24-hour
advance notice, you will be charged for that missed appointment. It is important
to note that insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointments.
