Dr. Rohit Saha is a psychiatrist with specialized training in child and adolescent, adult, and addiction psychiatry. As Medical Director at Responsive Centers, Dr. Saha plays a key leadership role in expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care across the community.
Dr. Saha completed his medical training at the University of Missouri–Columbia, where he finished his residency in adult psychiatry followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry. During his training, he held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Resident in both adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. His clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, acute crisis intervention, Veterans Affairs systems, autism specialty clinics, and addiction treatment programs. He has also served as Medical Director for multiple addiction treatment centers and held supervisory and leadership roles across several outpatient psychiatric clinics.
At Responsive Centers, Dr. Saha maintains involvement in complex and specialty cases while primarily focusing on clinical supervision and mentorship of medication management providers. Through close collaboration with prescribers and clinical staff, he supports thoughtful, individualized, and evidence-based treatment planning while ensuring continuity and quality of care for patients and families. He provides medical oversight for Spravato (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services, helping ensure safety, clinical appropriateness, and adherence to best-practice interventional psychiatry protocols.
Dr. Saha’s clinical philosophy centers on collaborative, patient-centered care. He works closely with therapists, primary care providers, families, and other members of the treatment team to create comprehensive and coordinated treatment plans. Whether patients are seen directly by Dr. Saha or by one of the providers he supervises, his leadership helps ensure compassionate, ethical, and high-standard psychiatric care across all services at Responsive Centers.
